    1. :20 Hollow Hold + :20 Superman Hold
    2. :15-:20 Headstand Hold (Focus on Hands and Head Placement!)
  • Conditioning - "Kickstart My Heart"For Time
    • 60 Russian Swings (sx - Scale as Needed rx - 53#|35# crx - 70#|53#)
    • 50 Toes to Bar (sx - Hanging Leg/Knee Raises)
    • 40 Handstand Push Ups (sx - Hand Release Push Ups)
    • 30 Russian Swings
    • 20 Toes to Bar
    • 10 Handstand Push Ups
  • Accessory
    • Collect 2-3 min. in a Ring Support Hold (Top and Bottom - Each)
