  • Conditioning - "Don Ski-OH-Te"Every 15 min. for 2 Rounds - 12 min. Work Cap
    • 500|420 m Ski (1:55 Time Cap)--then--
    • 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 Clean & Jerk (sx:95|65# rx:155-185#|105-125# crx:205#+|135#+)
    • 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders
    • Rest the remaining time (3 min. minimum)
  • Accessory3 Sets
    • 10 Press Ups
    • 20 Eccentric Only Single Leg Glute Bridges(Up with both legs, extend one leg, slow negative on other leg- alternate legs)
